This report is found in the appendix to the guide * **one** [**assessment tool**](/guide-devaluation-des-bilans-en/resources/bibliographie.md#outil-devaluation-des-bilans) **:** which concerns the assessment of Carbon Footprints®. Its use, reserved for trained and certified assessors, is **mandatory** for the **submission of the result** and the**obtaining the evaluation certificate.** Instructions on how to fill in each section of the report are given in the [following subsections](/guide-devaluation-des-bilans-en/assessment-instructions/rapport-devaluation-et-pieces-justificatives/remplissage-du-rapport.md). ## Reporting of the report The evaluation results, along with supporting documents, are returned by the evaluator to Association for Low Carbon Transition (ABC).

## Supporting documents Various supporting documents are to **attach to the report** based on the information provided: * The[assessment tool](/guide-devaluation-des-bilans-en/resources/bibliographie.md#outil-devaluation-des-bilans) completed by the evaluator * Training certificates for the Bilan Carbone® method for all members of the evaluation team * The training certificate and certification in balance assessments (at minimum that of the Evaluation lead)
