Filling out the report
This section presents the information that the evaluator must provide in the different parts of the report.

General information on the evaluation
The purpose of completing this section of the questionnaire is to group together the information relating to the evaluation in order to ensure its Monitoring and traceability.
Below are the instructions for completing each field of the report.
Identity of the evaluation team members and affiliation structures
Information regarding the identity and membership in an entity of the evaluation team, in order to assess the objectivity and legitimacy of the evaluation.
The information to be provided for each team member, in the context of an evaluation of a Bilan Carbone®, are:
last name
first name
qualifications
the Organisation(s) to which they belong and their positions
the one(s) required skill(s) to which they correspond
In the context of the evaluation of a regulatory GHG emissions report : identification of the DREAL verifying the assessment.
Certification of the Evaluation lead (and, where applicable: identification number of the chartered accountant participating in the evaluation)
The Evaluation lead is certified for the evaluation : enter their certification number in the field and attach proof (certificate) to the report.
If a chartered accountant participates in the evaluation process, enter their identification number.
Legal entity or Organisation to which the assessment relates
SIREN of the legal entity or Organisation to which the assessment relates, as well as all SIRET numbers identified under this SIREN.
Several SIREN numbers (with several SIRET numbers identified under them) may be concerned.
If external support is provided during the assessment: identity, training number and affiliation structure of external operational staff
If the person producing the assessment is an external structure or person to the Organisation, specify:
their identity
Bilan Carbone® method training number
affiliation structure
This is requested for Monitoring purposes and to distinguish between the assessment producer and its evaluator.
Temporal boundary and publication year of the assessment
This data makes it possible to understand the time frame of the information presented and assess how up to date it is.
The Temporal boundary (or Reporting year in the case of BEGES-R) of the assessment is the period over which the activity data collected to produce the assessment relate. The publication year is the year in which the assessment was published in the database OCCF.
Summary of the comments from the last evaluation of an assessment of the Organisation or legal entity concerned
Summary of the observations and remarks made during the last evaluation of an assessment of the same Organisation or legal entity, in particular the prominent points or points of vigilance and/or improvement proposals.
Evaluated information
The sections of the report relating to the evaluated information are completed by ticking boxes and/or answering questions. It is important to note that each box checked requires a detailed explanation in the evaluation tool, which will then be attached as an appendix to the report.
