# Evaluation report and supporting documents

## The evaluation report

Two evaluation report formats for assessments exist: 

* **a** [**PDF format**](/guide-devaluation-des-bilans-en/appendix-1-blank-self-assessment-report.md) **:** which concerns the self assessment to be carried out by organisations as a prerequisite for the evaluation of their assessment. This report is included in the appendix of the guide
* **a** [**evaluation tool**](/guide-devaluation-des-bilans-en/resources/bibliography.md#outil-devaluation-des-bilans) **:** which concerns the evaluation of Bilan Carbone®. Its use, reserved for trained and certified evaluators, is **mandatory** for the **submission of the result** and the**obtaining of the evaluation certificate.** Instructions for completing each section of the report are given in the [following subsections](/guide-devaluation-des-bilans-en/evaluation-instructions/evaluation-report-and-supporting-documents/completing-the-report.md).

## Report submission

The evaluation results, together with the supporting documents, are submitted by the evaluator to ABC.

## Supporting documents

Various supporting documents are to **be attached to the report** depending on the information provided:&#x20;

* The[evaluation tool](/guide-devaluation-des-bilans-en/resources/bibliography.md#outil-devaluation-des-bilans) completed by the evaluator
* The training certificate for the Bilan Carbone® method of all members of the evaluation team
* The training and certification certificate for the evaluation of assessments (at least that of the evaluation project lead)
