The evaluation report

Two evaluation report formats for assessments exist:

• a PDF format : which concerns the self assessment to be carried out by organisations as a prerequisite for the evaluation of their assessment. This report is included in the appendix of the guide

• a evaluation tool : which concerns the evaluation of Bilan Carbone®. Its use, reserved for trained and certified evaluators, is mandatory for the submission of the result and theobtaining of the evaluation certificate. Instructions for completing each section of the report are given in the following subsections.

Report submission

The evaluation results, together with the supporting documents, are submitted by the evaluator to ABC.

Supporting documents

Various supporting documents are to be attached to the report depending on the information provided:

• Theevaluation tool completed by the evaluator

• The training certificate for the Bilan Carbone® method of all members of the evaluation team

• The training and certification certificate for the evaluation of assessments (at least that of the evaluation project lead)
