Evaluation report and supporting documents
Report formats
Two formats of assessment report exist:
a PDF format : which concerns the self assessment to be completed by organisations as a prerequisite to the assessment of their bilan. This report is included in the appendix of the guide
a online questionnaire : which concerns the evaluation of Bilan Carbone®. Its use, reserved for trained and certified evaluators, is mandatory for the submission of the assessment report and theobtaining of the assessment certificate
Report completion
The results of the assessment are presented by the evaluator in the evaluation platform online tool, accompanied by supporting documents.
Instructions on how to complete each section of the questionnaire are given in the following subsections.
Supporting documents
Various supporting documents must be attached to the report depending on the information provided:
Theassessment tool completed by the evaluator
The certificates of training in the Bilan Carbone® method for all members of the evaluation team
The training and certification certificate for assessment of bilans (at least that of the evaluation project lead)
Any document that can justify thesectoral expertise (of at least one member of the evaluation team)
