# Contributors: Acknowledgements

The content of the **Guide for the evaluation of a Bilan Carbone®** was defined and worked on by a working group co-chaired by **the Association for Low Carbon Transition (ABC)** and the **CNOEC**. The objective of this working group, which took place during the first half of 2024, was to create an evaluation Framework for balance sheets to verify their compliance with the method, the data used, and their results.
