The content of the Guide for the evaluation of a Bilan Carbone® was defined and developed by a working group co-led by ABC and the CNOEC. The objective of this working group, which took place during the first half of 2024, was to create an evaluation framework for assessments, making it possible to verify their compliance with the method, the data used, and their results.
