* April 2026:
  * Changes to the guide regarding the tools to be used by assessors
  * Removal of the requirement for sector-specific expertise (according to NAF code) for assessors
* December 2025: Correction of typographical errors
* June 2025: New infographic added in the section "Carbon Footprint assessment process"
* March 2025: Changes were made following experiments with the assessment method for inventories
  * update of the guide structure for clearer and easier reading
  * clarifications on certain aspects of the method
* **V1 - July 2024:** First version of the guide
