Here is the history and Monitoring of changes:

• April 2026:

  • Changes to the guide regarding the tools to be used by assessors

  • Removal of the requirement for sector-specific expertise (according to NAF code) for assessors

• December 2025: Correction of typographical errors

• June 2025: New infographic added in the section "Carbon Footprint assessment process"

• March 2025: Changes were made following experiments with the assessment method for inventories

  • update of the guide structure for clearer and easier reading

  • clarifications on certain aspects of the method

• V1 - July 2024: First version of the guide
