Evaluation of prerequisites
This step of the evaluation makes it possible to verify and validate compliance with the fundamental requirements of each method or regulation.
If there is a failure in one or more points, the methodological criteria evaluation that follows will not be able to result in a verified and validated assessment. The evaluation can therefore be stopped at this stage.
Before the assessment of the report by the evaluation team, the organisation or legal entity must self-assess its report by following the instructions in this guide and completing the blank report found in the appendix. This will make it possible, in particular, to:
To better know what to expect in the case of a first evaluation
To properly prepare all evidence or additional documents required for the evaluation
To correct any possible error preventing the balance sheet from being checked and validated
