### Assessment report and supporting documents

This subsection describes the different formats of the assessment report, the expectations regarding how it should be completed, as well as the supporting documents to be attached. More detailed instructions on certain information to be entered are specified in the section [Filling out the report](/guide-devaluation-des-bilans-en/assessment-instructions/rapport-devaluation-et-pieces-justificatives/remplissage-du-rapport.md).

This is followed by explanations of what is to be checked and validated for each point to be assessed during the process. This is divided into three parts:

* The assessment of prerequisites and Self evaluation: assessment of compliance with the fundamental requirements and verification of the availability of the information needed for the assessment
* the assessment of compliance with the methodology: assessment of the inventory's compliance with the various methodological requirements, for the different reference frameworks
* the assessment of orders of magnitude, consistency and relevance: stepping back from the information meeting the requirements of the methods (consistency of the inventory, relevance of the Transition Plan, among others...)

The[appendix 2](/guide-devaluation-des-bilans-en/annexe-2-controle-du-respect-des-exigences-de-la-esrs-e1-csrd.md) presents the instructions and content of a report on compliance with the requirements of the ESRS E1 standard of the CSRD.
