Report formats
Two formats of assessment report for bilans exist:
a pdf format : which concerns the self-assessment to be done by organisations as a prerequisite to the assessment of their bilan. This report is in the appendix of the guide
a online questionnaire : which concerns the evaluation of Bilan Carbone®. Its use, reserved for trained and certified evaluators, is mandatory for the submission of the assessment report and theobtaining of the assessment certificate
Report completion
The results of the assessment are reported by the evaluator in the evaluation platform online, accompanied by supporting documents.
Instructions on how to complete each section of the questionnaire are given in the following subsections.
Supporting documents
Various supporting documents are to be attached to the report depending on the information provided:
Theassessment tool completed by the evaluator
Training certificates for the Bilan Carbone® method of all members of the evaluation team
The training and certification certificate for bilan evaluations (at minimum that of the evaluation project lead)
Any document that can justify thesectoral expertise (of at least one member of the evaluation team)
