Filling in the report
This section presents the information that the assessor must provide in the different parts of the report.

General information about the evaluation
Filling in this section of the questionnaire aims to gather information related to the evaluation in order to ensure monitoring and traceability.
Below are the instructions for completing each field of the report.
Identity of the evaluation team members and affiliated organizations
Information regarding the identity and affiliation to an entity of the evaluation team, in order to assess the objectivity and legitimacy of the evaluation.
The information to be provided, for each team member, as part of the evaluation of a Bilan Carbone®, are:
last name
first name
qualifications
the organisation(s) to which they belong and their positions
the required competency(ies) which they meet
As part of the evaluation of a regulatory GHG Assessment : identification of the DREAL verifying the assessment.
Certification of the evaluation project manager (and if applicable: identification number of the chartered accountant participating in the evaluation)
The evaluation project manager is certified for evaluation : enter their certification number in the field and attach proof (certificate) to the report.
If a chartered accountant participates in the evaluation process, enter their identification number.
Legal entity or Organisation the assessment concerns
SIREN of the legal entity or organisation the assessment concerns, as well as all SIRET numbers identified under that SIREN.
Multiple SIRENs (with multiple SIRETs identified under them) may be concerned.
If external support was provided during the preparation of the assessment: identity, training number and affiliated organisation of the external operational staff
In the case where the preparer of the assessment is an entity or person external to the organisation, specify:
their identity
training number in the Bilan Carbone® method
affiliated organisation
This is requested for monitoring purposes and to distinguish between the preparer of the assessment and its evaluator.
Year of reporting and year of publication of the assessment
This data makes it possible to understand the temporality of the information presented and to assess its currency.
The reporting year of the assessment is the time period to which the activity data collected to prepare the assessment relate. The publication year is the year in which the assessment was published in the database OCCF.
Summary of comments from the latest evaluation of an assessment of the organisation or legal entity concerned
Summary of observations and remarks made during the last evaluation of an assessment of the same organisation or legal entity, notably prominent points or points of vigilance and/or proposals for improvement.
Information assessed
The sections of the report related to the information assessed are completed by ticking boxes and/or answering questions. It is important to note that each checked box requires a detailed explanation in the evaluation tool, which will then be annexed to the report.
